Process Trace Oxygen Analyzer

1. 240×128 LCD display oxygen purity and other set data;
2. Special inner installed protection gas way, when suddenly power off, it will automatically shut down the gas way to protect the sensor from being exposed in the air;
3. New structure measure room to meet the requirement of replacing sensor quickly;
4. 0-25% manually set measure range, the minimum measure range is 0-10ppm,the maximum measure range is 0-10000ppm;

Specially Notice
l   The gas inlet pressure should be 35-210KPa before inputting the sample gas into the analyzer,the sample gas flow should be controlled at 1-1.5L/min by the needle valve, the flow should not over 2 L/min,please operate as this notice, or it will damage the sensor, flow meter and pressure sensor;
l   The gas outlet should not be blocked, or the safety valve will open automatically, but still if blocked the gas outlet, it maybe damage the sensor;
l   Based on the performance of the sensor, work in lower than 1% purity environment is recommended to extend the sensor life;
l   To lower the PPm level oxygen purity, the sample gas way, the stainless steel inner polished pipe is recommended, and the sealing state should be very good.
